Everyone arrived on time, ready to get to work. The warm-up started at 7:15 PM, with everyone stretching and shaking off the day’s stress. By 7:25 PM, the boat was loaded, and the team was ready to hit the water.

Training Start: 7:30 PM sharp, and we were off!

The more experienced paddlers helped the newbies keep pace, and everyone gave it their all. Special shout-out to Matt and Khaled for their strong efforts in the middle of the boat, and to JB for stepping up as a newcomer!
