The call time was 5:45 AM, and by 5:55 AM, the team was already loading up. By 6:00 AM, the training session officially began. The peaceful morning waters at QD’s – Deira Creek created the perfect backdrop for an intense yet rewarding session. The cool morning breeze, golden sunrise, and rhythmic splashes set the mood for an energizing workout.
And let’s not forget the dress code—green jerseys! Not only do they make the team look sharp, but they also add a unified and bold look on the water. Training in style? Absolutely!

Leading the session was the incredible steerer, Intan, ensuring the boat stayed steady while the team maintained their perfectly synchronized rhythm.
