Let’s dive into the details of this fun and productive morning!

The call time was 6:05 AM, and by 6:20 AM, the team was already loading up. By 6:30 AM, the training officially began. The venue? The beautiful QD’s – Deira Creek, where the calm waters and morning breeze set the perfect scene for a great workout.

And let’s not forget the dress code—green jerseys! Not only do they make the team look sharp, but they also add a pop of color to the morning. Who says training can’t be stylish?

Meet the Team

Desert Falcon Morning Training

The Desert Falcons Morning Training was led by the incredible Intan, the team’s coach for the morning. Her job? To keep everyone in sync and make sure the boat glided smoothly through the water. And with a team like this, that’s no easy task!

Here’s how the team lined up:

  • Bow (Left): Tonette, Ferdz, Len, Gob, Mikko, Radhi, Mahmoud, Osman
  • Stroke (Right): JJ, Jobai, Chevy, Alnita, Lambert, IS, Babiker, Nafih

Each member brought their unique energy to the boat. Tonette and JJ kept the rhythm steady, while Ferdz and Jobai added their signature strength. Len and Chevy were the powerhouse duo, and Gob and Alnita brought their A-game. A special shoutout to Mahmoud and Babiker, who always keep the team grounded and focused.

The Training Session

The Falcons covered an impressive distance of 5,941 meters—that’s like paddling from one end of a really long beach to the other! The moving time was 47 minutes and 52 seconds, which means they were paddling non-stop for almost an hour. But the entire training session lasted from 6:30 AM to 8:01 AM. That’s over an hour of teamwork, determination, and maybe a few splashes here and there.

What makes this Desert Falcons Morning Training so special? It’s not just about the distance or the time—it’s about the teamwork. Paddling in sync, listening to the coach, and pushing through the fatigue together is what builds a strong team. And let’s be honest, it’s also a lot of fun! There’s something magical about being out on the water under the morning sky, surrounded by teammates who are all working toward the same goal.

Breakfast of Champions

After the training, the team enjoyed a well-deserved breakfast. Mahmoud and Alnita brought pancit and black coffee, while Ferdz contributed pandesal. And let’s not forget Intan, who brought Malaysian dodol—a sweet treat that added a special touch to the meal.

Breakfast isn’t just about refueling—it’s also a time for the team to bond, share stories, and celebrate their hard work. After all, teamwork doesn’t stop when the paddles are put away!

Why Desert Falcons Morning Training Matters

Desert Falcon Morning Training

So, why is Desert Falcon Morning Training such a big deal? It’s not just about getting stronger or faster—it’s about building trust, communication, and camaraderie. Every stroke of the paddle, every shout of encouragement, and every drop of sweat brings the team closer together.

For the newbies, this was a chance to learn the ropes (or should I say paddles?) from the more experienced members. And for the old paddlers, it was an opportunity to share their knowledge and keep the team spirit alive. Everyone had a role to play, and everyone contributed to the success of the session.
