The call time was 6:05 AM, and by 6:20 AM, the team was already loading up. By 6:30 AM, the training officially began. The venue? The beautiful QD’s – Deira Creek, where the calm waters and morning breeze set the perfect scene for a great workout.

The Desert Falcons Morning Training was led by the incredible Intan, the team’s coach for the morning. Her job? To keep everyone in sync and make sure the boat glided smoothly through the water. And with a team like this, that’s no easy task!
