In August, Desert Falcons had a series of highly productive and energizing training sessions. These water training practices focused on building endurance, strength, and technique, with early morning and evening sessions held at Deira Creek. Led by steerer Intan and occasionally Bolz, the team trained consistently through multiple sessions covering impressive distances.
Notable August training sessions:
- 24th August: An endurance-focused morning practice, where the team pushed through 5 km of paddling.
- 27th August: A solid evening session where the team maintained pace and rhythm under steerer Intan’s guidance.
- 31st August: A morning session with nearly 6 km covered, wrapping up the month on a high note.
August saw excellent teamwork, with both experienced rowers and new members putting in great effort to improve their skills. The team continues to grow stronger, ready for the challenges ahead.
Great job, Falcons! Let’s keep the momentum going.
