Desert Falcons Water Training – 1st October (Evening)

 Tuesday evening, October 1st, was another great training session for the Desert Falcons at QD’s – Deira Creek. The team was full of energy, excited to be on the water and ready to paddle hard!

Call Time: 7:20 PM
As always, everyone arrived on time, chatting and getting ready to warm up. We started our warm-up at 7:25 PM, shaking off the day’s stress and preparing for a solid training session.

Loading Time: 7:35 PM
We loaded into the boat quickly, with the team eager to get started. By 7:45 PM, Coach Alain gave the signal, and we were off!

With Coach Alain guiding us, we knew we were in for a focused and productive session. His calm, steady leadership always keeps the boat moving smoothly.

The Line-Up:

  • Pacers: Ferdz (Left) and Lambert (Right)
  • Left: Tonette, Len, Steve, Khaled, Phelan, Intan
  • Right: JJ, Chevy, Ruby, Nafih, Mahmoud, IS

The pacers, Ferdz and Lambert, set a strong and steady pace for the rest of the team. Everyone worked hard to stay in sync, with experienced paddlers like JJ and Khaled helping the newbies keep up with the rhythm. The teamwork and focus were fantastic!

Distance Covered:

We covered 5,196 meters in a moving time of 1 hour and 11 minutes. It was a tough session, but the team pushed through, determined to improve with every stroke.

What Made This Session Special?

The energy was high, and the team was focused on working together. The mixture of experienced paddlers and newbies made it a learning experience for everyone. The boat felt strong and steady, and we could all feel the improvement in our synchronization and endurance. Wrapping Up:

By 9:05 PM, we had finished the session and were back on shore, tired but proud. It was another great evening of training for the Desert Falcons, with plenty of hard work and team spirit. Everyone left feeling accomplished and ready for the next challenge.
