The EDBF Euro Cup Dubai 2024 is just around the corner, and we have some exciting updates to share! With the recent release of Bulletin 2, the organizers have made a few significant changes, including a brand-new venue. Originally set for the Waterfront Market, the competition will now take place at the Jewel of the Creek in Dubai—a location that brings the vibrant energy of Dubai Creek right to our paddling event.

A Stunning New Location

The shift to Jewel of the Creek brings the Euro Cup to a unique spot that blends modern architecture with the charm of historic Dubai. Nestled along the iconic Dubai Creek, this location is surrounded by stylish hotels, trendy retail outlets, and a variety of dining options. Jewel of the Creek promises an unforgettable backdrop for teams and spectators alike, and the new location will undoubtedly add even more excitement to this year’s races.

Key Race Details and Schedule

The EDBF Euro Cup 2024 will run from 6th to 8th December 2024, featuring action-packed races across various categories. Here’s what you need to know to prepare:

  • Racing Distances: Both 200m and 2000m distances will be featured, with events divided across Open, Women, and Mixed categories. The 200m races will kick off the competition on Friday, with 2000m races scheduled for Saturday.
  • Rules and Regulations: All races will follow IDBF rules, ensuring fair play and a high standard of competition.

It’s vital to stay on top of important deadlines. Confirm your entry and make your deposit by 15th November. After that, final named entries and remaining entry fees are due by 1st December.
