Session Highlights

Today’s training was all about pacing, endurance, and keeping our rhythm strong for race day. Covering a solid 7,331 meters in 1 hour and 6 minutes of paddling. With Ferdz and Lambert setting the pace at the front, the entire boat felt unified as we paddled through over seven kilometers. Coach Alain kept us on track, focusing on maintaining our strength and teamwork. The crew gave it their all, each stroke getting us one step closer to our best performance.

The crew worked on perfecting each stroke, and the intensity was just right. As we paddle closer to competition, this type of session is what makes all the difference. Learn more about our training tips here!

A Tasty Potluck Celebration 🍲

After wrapping up the training, we had a little reward waiting for us: a potluck breakfast! Each teammate brought a dish, adding a bit of their culture and flavor to the mix. From local treats to international favorites, it was a feast we all looked forward to. Sharing food after training felt like the perfect way to celebrate a great session and the hard work everyone put in.
